I use Rabbit anti-Caspase 3 from PharMingen (65906E).  For FFPE tissues; 10 minute
0.01M Citrate pH 6.0  HEIR,  1:400 overnight primary antibody incubation, DAB
detection (Ventana).  Staining is a little dirty but it does work in human, mouse &
rat.
