RE: IHC with IgM (thanks!)

From:Dorit Zharhary <d_Zharhary@sigma.co.il>

I would like to suggest another alternative and this is to use mouse anti-rat kappa+lambda light chains, HRP conjugated (Sigma). This reagent will recognize IgM and IgG so you will be able to use it also on IgGs in the future, and since it is a mixture of mouse monoclonals, the product will not react with the mouse tissue.

Thanks to all who responded to my question. I will call around and see if I
can find an anti-rat IgM secondary that is mouse adsorbed. Let you know how
it works out.
