Paraffin processed tissue for flow cytometry

From:David Grehan <david.grehan@olhsc.ie>

Dear Histonetters
I am engaged in project that will hopefully result in obtaining single
cell suspensions from Lymphoma cases that have been paraffin processed .
These cells will then be labelled and analysed by a Flow Cytometer. I
have a few references regarding digestion of rehydrated thick paraffin
sections but to date the results have been unsatisfactory i.e cell
morphology is poor and clumps of cells remain. Does anyone out there
have any experience in this technique and could pass on any useful
tips.
