Freezer storage
From: | Mary L North <northstar44@juno.com> |
I am inquiring for another tech whose -70 degree freezer has quit working
and it is not likely to be replaced. It was being use to store
antibodies and also muscle biopsy tissue. Would a freezer of -20 or even
warmer temperature (non -frost free of course) have an adverse effect on
the preservation of the antibodies and the muscle enzymes?
