Is anyone out there quantitating Estrogen and Progesterone receptors
using the CAS image analyzer?  If so, has anyone done any correlation
studies between the ethyl(methyl) green counterstain and, say, Fast
Green?  

I was thinking about doing so to avoid using butanol for dehydrating.
Does anyone use a different dyhydrant with the ethyl green?
