just about to use a Promega DeadEnd Colorimetric Apoptosis Detection
System. Technical bulletin with the kit looks good, everything spelled
out with hints and tips, but, reality can be something else. Anyone used
this particular kit and what problems, if any, did you find. To quote the
Scottish philosopher, Robert C. Nesbitt, "see me, why reinvent the
wheel." Any advice would be warmly received.<br>
