Dear friends,

I have to fix human skin sample for keratins (pan-K K16 K7 
K18) immunofluorescence to study the fine organisation of Keratins in the hair

follicle cells. I red that the use of PFA is not convenient and that the best 
result are obtained with aceton-metanol or unfixed samples. Which is your 
experience.
