Wax on the Floor

From:looneytoons5@juno.com

Hi all:

I have a theory on wax. We have a floor model tissue processor and
everyone knows that Xylene is heavier than air. My theory was that if
the floors have wax on them, the xylene fumes mix with the wax caausing
it to be slippery. I don't let them wax my floors and we scrape the
excess wax off the floor with a razor blade or a scraper. Of course I
suppose that it doesn't help the linoleum to be without wax but we have
less slippery floors now.
It works for us along with using rubber soled shoes and not leather
shoes!
