<P>I'm currently doing a study on the same. I've had experience with two antibodies at this point. One a polyclonal and now a monoclonal. <BR>
<P>The first company comes from Britain ( Ihave the name at the lab, and will forward it in the morning). With this I did a PAP method, old in fashion to be honest. Results questionable. We had trouble getting the antibody here in decent condition. I believe in the antibody though. I just think the investigator here was to stingy to go for overnight shipping. </P>
<P>The one I'm working on now is a mouse monoclonal. Digestion with protease 1:10 for 15 minutes, and alk. phos ABC method with Vector red chromogen. Results okay. If you'd like to get either of these protocols let me know, and I'll fax them or e-mail them..They aren't difficult to do, but you have to have the antibody in good condition. The second manufacturer is BSAF of Germany.</P>
