Hi,
DAKO p53 DO7 @ 1:400. Our control is a colon cancer that was formerly a case
that was stained positive with another control. We usually cut a few extra
slides on positive cases to use as controls.
I believe the doctors sign them out on a 0,1+, 2+, 3+ basis.
