Rebecca,

You may want to check out DSL (http://www.dslabs.com) for your antibody 
against Osteocalcin.  I once used their anti-human osteocalcin ELISA kit we 
purchased from them, which worked out quite nicely. You'll have to check and 
see if they have an anti-rabbit osteocalcin antibody.
