Nova Castra makes a very good CD10. The CD5 is also
very good, but about two years ago we ran into a
problem with the titrated antibody only holding up for
about 2 to 3 months. The company was very good about
assisting us with what they could and even sent us
fresh lyophilized antibody to replace the other. Once
you reconstitute it is very important to check it on a
regular basis. It has been a little over a year since
I've worked with it, so I'm sure the "bugs" have been
worked out.

We steamed in Citrate or "Target" retrieval for 30
minutes (pre-warm for about 10 minutes) and let cool
to room temperature.

Good luck
