I agree with this statement.  Since I switched by fixative from 10%NBF to
Zinc Formalin (similar to B5, but Zinc instead of Mercury), I have almost
illimanated the need for any HEIR, I use only mild enzyme digestion on
occasion.

		Usually  B5 tissue does not need retrieval, it usually
stains with the CD 
		markers real well, it is my experience that when we
retrieved B5 fixed tissue 
		we lost most to all of the antigenicity.
