I've been wondering if microwave fixation would help with this problem.
Has anyone tried to microwave fix the breast tissue and if so did it help
with processing?  Also did it affect the antigenicity of the tissue?

I'd like to hear some comments on this.  Don't have time or access to
autopsy tissue to try this out, but surely someone else has thought of it.
