We use DAKO's CD5 mAb (M7194) and Novocastra's CD10 mAb (NCL-CD10-270) with good results.  Both antibodies appear to like high pH HIER (we use a waterbath).  In general, B5-fixed tissue will stain stronger for CD10 than formalin-fixed tissue.
