The antibody comes from 5prime->3prime, catalog #5307-556410. it's a
rabbit polyclonal.
Deparaffin etc to DI
Trypsin digest with Zymed Digest-All (or 0.25% Trypsin)
block for 30min
incubate primary Ab for an hour, at 37C, diluted at 1:100
