Does anyone know of a good book on cardiac pathology, in
particular cardiomyopathies. There are a number of books (and web
site) that deal with anatomical defects(ASD,VSD), infarctions etc.
but I need one that covers myopathies at a cellular/fibre level,
preferably with photographs of these conditions.
