Dear Histonetters
Has anyone tried the Ab1(MS110) antibody from Oncogene Research
Products? This antibody detects BRCA1 and the immunohistochemical
protocol was described in Wilson et al's paper in Nature
Genetics,1999,21,236-240. We cannot reproduce their results in formalin
as well as Hollande's fixed tissues. Does anybody have any tips?
