best fixative for immunofluorescent staining

Hi Susie,

The bulk of my work is on paraffin embedded rat brain tissue sections.  I use
immunofluorescent detection systems all the time - alone or dual.  Our stuff
is fixed in 4% NBF overnight.  We have our troublesome antibodies, but for the
most part it works beautifully.  Good luck!
