Hi.  We have a Dako in our lab.  The scientist (Barbara) who runs it swears
by it.  We only process animal tissue (liver, eyes, arteries), we do both
fluorescence and chromogens, and we occasionally use double labeling.  I
personally feel the software is cumbersome, but Barbara uses it all the time
and loves it.
