automated immunostaining

Who has experience on automated immuno-staining and can give me some clues
on the different types on the market? particular advantages?, experiences ?
problems ?
Is it really fair to say that automated immunostaining with antibody kits
is as good as by hand?
Any comments and suggestions are welcome.
