Zinc formalin is wonderful for morphology and antigenicity, but you can not
mix with NBF due to crystal formation that can affect your processor, unless
you rinse the Zinc formalin tissue in Water before putting on a processor
with Nbf, or just substitute Zinc for NBF on the proceesor. It is working out
nicely with our cytologies.
