Hello,
I have used this method on ER/PR and Tcell/Bcell markers on a trial
basis with good success. I'm waiting for official word from the pathologist
if she is satisfied with the results. It is handy in emergencies when you
normally wouldn't have time for the oven, depar., plus antigen retrieval
etc...
