Jennifer,
	I use a Shandon Citadel 100 and do mostly mouse tissue. I have tried
numerous processing schedules and spleen andliver are the toughest. If I
shorten the times I get unprocessed specimens. this is what I do.
NBF 12-24 hrs
70% ETOH this is my first station and it is my variable set at 10 minutes
80% ETOH 40 min
95% ETOH 40 min
100% ETOH 30 min
100% ETOH 30 min
Propar 30 min
Propar 45 min
Propar 1 hr
Four wax changes with Sugipath infiltrating medium 30 minutes each the last
with vacuum. ope this is helpful.
