Andrea,
I really think it makes a difference as to what type of processor
you are using.Heat no heat aggitation or none, and the tissue thickness, but
I could be very wrong. If I process for only 20 minutes I have unprocessed
tissue. I have really good luck with my protocol on the Shandon Citadel and
would be happy to share it if you did not get it.
