Hello Barb,
InnoGenex carries a polyclonal anti-Laminin antibody(AP-2300-01). Pepsin
digestion is recommended and the primary incubation is 30 minutes at room
temp..This antibody is well-validated for human, mouse, and rat(as well as
several birds and reptiles).
I can send you the datasheet directly or you can access all technical
material at:

The laminin Ab that we used to use is no longer available. It was a
polyclonal. It has been replaced by a monoclonal Ab which we are less than
happy with at this point. Is anyone out there using a laminin that is
compatible with the Signet link and label system? We don't want an Ab that
requires special treatment (other than routine special treatments such as
digest or microwave). Thanks for your help.
