Gayle,
Years ago, I used the Surgipath EM 400 Embedding medium in place of my
regular infiltrating paraffin (paraplast) because I had run out of the
Paraplast. I used it for about 1 week with no ill efffects that I know of.
Maybe you check with Surgipath just to be sure.
