We use Pierce's enhanced DAB, very sensitive and a two step procedure
to make it up. Available from Fisher, called Enhanced DAB kit, and it
is wonderful, no squeeze bottles!!! Buffer and DAB solution with all the
ingredients, 4.5 mls buffer, 0.5 ml DAB part, mix. You can make less if you
want with 1:10 mixture, no waste!
