Hello Nancy Shellhorn
    We at DIANON get good results with the antibody Glycoprotein IIIa,CD61
from DAKO (catalog #N1571).
    We use heat induced epitope retrieval (HIER), for 20 min. Then 30 min in
primary antibody, 10 min in secondary, 10 min tertiary using the LSAB2 kit.
