FISH is Fluorescent (tagged) in situ hybridization. It is usually used in
chromosome marking procedures but can be used at the label in any ISH
procedure.

If you have a Cytogenetics department in your institution they are doing the
procedure there.

Hi,
A tech from another lab is going to start doing a FISH procedure..I
am
only familiar with "fish" that have gills and fins. So I was wondering if
anyone with expertise with this technique would mind if he contacted you by
email if he has problems or questions. Just let me know and I will give him
your email address.

Thankyou for your help again and again......
Elizabeth
