HI,
ck7 1:50 ( m7018 ) and ck20 1:100 ( m7019 ) this is from DAKO. Target
retrieve them using heat induced epitope retrieval. Then incubate for 30
min. in primary , secondary and tertiary LSAB+ detection kit from DAKO.
This usually works quite nicely.
gee does it look like I use DAKO junk occasionally
