Hello Muhammad,
I use Dako's Cytokeratin 7 cat# M7018 with Dako's Prot. K at room temp for
5 minutes and then the antibody at a 1:800 dilution incubating for 15
minutes room temp.  I use their Cytokeratin 20 cat# M7019 with a citra
buffer pretreatment in the microwave for 15minutes and incubate for
15minutes at room temp. too.  I also use their LSAB2 detection kit, but
other detection kits work too.
