I use Zymeds Calretinin and have used it on cytospins, have you tried a harsh
microwave retrieval? based on an 800 watt microwave,set at high for 5
min,then at 30% power for 11.30 min in a citrate retrieval fluid, cool then
rinse in di h20 and incubate for 30 min at 37 degrees, we get gorgeous
staining.
