Nancy,
When I was working with this antibody, we found that the decalcification
process on bone marrow biopsies affected the IHC. I was not able to play
around with different types of decal solutions but maybe there is something
out there that would work. We were using a decal solution from Baxter and
it was a very rapid decal solution. Hope this helps.

Hi Histonetters,
Does anyone out there have any experience working with this antibody? I
have a friend that gets it to work great in smears but has absolutely no
luck on bone marrow biopsies in paraffin. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks a lot!
Nancy
