We use DAKO's Platelet Glycoprotein IIIa (M0753) at a dilution of 1:50
overnight with pepsin pretreatment on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded
specimens.  Most of the DAKO antibodies that we use can be diluted 1:500 -
1:10,000 for overnight incubation.  I don't know why this one has such a
low titer.
