Hello everyone and Happy Thanksgiving Holidays!!
Does anyone have experience in cutting frozen sections on chicken
tendons? What is the best temperature? we have tried -16 to -20. We
have turn the tendon different angles. We normally cut frozens at 4
microns but have increased the microns to 10. Nothing is working. the
tendon sections continue to be compressed. There are alot of the
samples to be sectioned for a research project. Any suggetions will
be appreciated.
Thank you in advance,
Kathy Oprea

really worked.
