that is kinda tuff.  you might try chloroacetate esterase, i think it
works on paraffin sections.  this is an enzyme histochemical stain, not
IHC.  also, sudan black b might work on paraffin sections, another
enzyme histochemical reaction for granulocytes.  granulocytes should
have peroxidase activity also. i am trying to remember granulocyte
reactions from my heme-path days, mostly did them on aspirate smears and
plastic sections, though.
