WHY NOT HAVE SOMEONE GIVE A WORKSHOP?!?!?!?

YES, I AM SHOUTING!!! I NEED THIS WORKSHOP, AND OBVIOUSLY,
SO DO A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE.

Application deadline for the 1999 NSH S/C is Dec. 1, so
he'll have to work fast. (Or anyone else who would be
willing to give this.)
