Dr. Cartun gave the appropriate warning.
I was checking on availability earlier today of the DAKO c-erb-B2
concentrate. The product number previously available in a 1 mL size is
now only offered in a 0.2 mL size and has been reformulated, i.e. the
protein concentration has been changed. As I understand it, the 0.2 mL
size will supply as many tests as the 1 mL size did. That basically means
a 5-fold decrease in dilution, which would take us down to 1:400 for 30"
incubations.
