HER 2 neu question

  OFFICE MEMO         HER 2 neu question                    Date:  11/23/98
Until we receive our back ordered kits, we have been trying to come to a
working titer using the DAKO polyclonal primary.  We have tried LSAB 2 and LSAB
Plus detection kits.  We have also been using heat treatment.
The primary data sheet recommends 1:100 to 1:200.  We have titered out to
1:7500 without success.  Any suggestions?
