Hi
I would like to know if anyone has performed Choline Acetyl Transferase
(ChAT) in the paraffin embedded spinal cord and seen non-cellular punctate
white matter staining. Could this be background staining? Should white
matter staining be expected? Are there any pictures of ChAT spinal cord
staining on the internet that I could compare our staining with?
Thank you,
Julie Siegan
