Hi all,
      Liz Sabin had mentioned staining for CD4 in
paraffin, I'm assuming human tissue. I 'm
wondering if she or others that have tried her
protocol could give me the catolog numbers and
clones from Novocastra. I have a study that has
a graft of human skin grafted onto a SCID
mouse that is formalin fixed paraffin embedded
that I need to stain for CD4 /CD8. Any
comments on using a mouse anti-human
antibody on these tissues? Any clone #'s or
comments/modifications of the EDTA protocol
that people find works is appreciated.
