problems with c-erbB-2

I have an antibody c-erbB-2 from Zymed (monoclonal).On the data
sheet,they tel me that I should be able to use it on both paraffin and
frozen sections.It works on frozen but not on paraffin,even though I
performed antigen retrieval or digestion.Even with tyramine I have
negative results.Any suggestion?
