Could anyone pass along their experience and/or suggestions as to the
best way to store serial section slides from formalin fixed/paraffin
embedded blocks. We will be obtaining blocks from many sources,
sectioning and then returning them to the owners in an effort to archive
slides for the long term. I would like to know the best way to maintain
antigenicity, morphology etc. over the period of several years. Your
thoughts on this problem would be MOST welcome! Are there any
references I should be reading?
Thank you!
Valerie
