decalcification prior immunostaining

Dear members,
I would like to perform immunohistostaining on whole mice thorax sections.
I have to do decalcification of these thorax to make the sections. I used
the RDO decalcifier which works perfectly.
If anyone has any suggestions which could help me to perform the
immunostaining after a decalcification step, I will be greatful.
