We soften the blocks in ammonium hydroxide on a cold plate w/ a little water. Then mount the sections on BioGenex + charged slides. Drying in a 58º oven over night helps w/ keeping sections on the slide. Hope this helps. Bruce Gapinski HT(ASCP)
