I recommend trying the STF(Streck Tissue Fixative).  It produces excellent
results and does not create aldehyde bonds/linkages that need to be broken for
many IHC procedures.  This is from Streck Laboratories at 800.843.0912.  They
also make an excellent xylenes substitute, STC (Streck Tissue Clearant) and a
compatible mounting media for it.  Sharon Osborn
