Dear Histomembers and more particulary Anita,

I would like to perform lacZ staining, on whole mice embryos (between E14,5
and E18,5 ).
It seems that it is important to remove the skin to allow a goood
infiltration of the substrate.
what's about the time of incubation for lacZ staining.
Is overnight incubation enough? or more...
Could anyone suggest me something about it?
