Hi everyone,
I know some of you are doing this new antibody Her-2/Neu on archived
material and other specimens, and I was wondering where you get your FDA
approved antibody/kit from? We would like to run this, as clinicians are
requesting it alot. I came up with a hospital approved form for their
requests that is ok for medicare billing and will make the use of this
form a policy in our manual. Right now we reaccession the block and
refer to the old number ( Cerner system). Thanks for your help,
