Hi histonetters,

Are there any suggestions on processing mouse fetal brains D15 and D17 
except frozen sectioning? We had a lot of sectioning difficulties and 
artifacts with  these FFPE tissues. Furthermore, any suggestions on 
preserving frozen tissues for re-sectioning for long periods?
